ARMAS tonicas DE CREACION MASIVA .SEMILLA
Este blog trata de ser una semilla (ojala de germinación rápida) de ideas creativas para buscar soluciones efectivas, permitir interactuar a la gente, que se oigan sus voces, hacer evolucionar la política.
No se trata de contar problemas, si no posibles soluciones a problemas.
Esta claro que nunca se va a conseguir la libertad, justicia y solidaridad absolutas y que cualquier propuesta llevada a cabo es susceptible de manipulaciones o abusos de poder, pero esta totalmente claro que tenemos que romper la tendencia inmóvil de la política.
El intento de esta semilla es hacer llegar estas propuestas (siempre que sean creativas, realizables y lógicas) a los gobernantes, algunas veces por medio de asociaciones que se identifiquen con el contenido y quieran colaborar. La situación ideal sería que este tipo de blog fuera absorbido por los ministerios de cada gobierno y atendido por ellos.
De momento estas son algunas propuestas. Para ello son necesarios cambios estructurales, constitucionales y/o legislativos.
1. Democracia: Actualización – Participación:
A) Crear un sistema participativo desglosando los principales temas electorales, no por programas de partidos, si no como mínimo tantos como ministerios, dando así el ciudadano su voto a cuestiones concretas sin verse obligado a aceptar al votar apartados con los que no se identifique con el partido de su tendencia y obligando así a los políticos a una mayor transparencia (voto tradicional en papel). Abrir esta tendencia a todo lo imprevisto en los programas, nuevas situaciones imposibles de prever. Una idea para esto sería aprovechar nuevas tecnologías para verificación de identidades y simplificación de referendo (voto electrónico). Solamente habría que activar algunos ordenadores en lugares públicos, por ejemplo ayuntamientos, para quien carezca o no los sepa utilizar. Lógicamente este tipo de voto debería comenzar con un % de representación pequeño pero creciente, para acostumbrar al votante y detectar deficiencias funcionales.
B) Comunicación: hacer públicas direcciones, teléfonos, faxes, páginas web de los ministerios y activar en ellos secciones de “voz ciudadana” con obligación de atención periódica, con protección programada o predeterminada únicamente para la entrada de posibles soluciones a problemas.
2. Paz
Actualmente
Cargar de impuestos elevadísimos la fabricación, venta y distribución de armamento, aumentativo en creciente por víctimas en guerras y potencia letal, por el daño que incurre en la especie. Canon destinado a ayuda humanitaria con revisión de cuentas transparente publicada.
3. Ayuda humanitaria urgente
Nombrar un equipo especializado de estudio, administración y acción para cubrir casos de catástrofes, hambre y deficiencias sanitarias extremas.
La financiación de esto, a parte de los fabricantes de armamento, se considera que debe ser costeada por los que aseguran su pervivencia económica mediante publicidad televisiva, dada su influencia cultural lucrativa, a corto y largo plazo.
Se considera que las multinacionales y corporaciones de este tipo son las que pueden y deben inyectar esta energía económica. Al pagar el anuncio se pagaría un alto canon para esta causa. Crear una ley global adaptada a las economías y repercusiones publicitarias de cada país.

This blog is about being seeds of creative ideas in order to look for effective solutions that may allow people interaction, that their voices can be heard, that politics can evolve.
It is not about telling problems but rather looking for solutions. It is crystal clear that freedom, solidarity and justice will not be absolutely achieved an that any proposal which is carried out is prone to undergo manipulations or abuse of power, but it is sure that we must break the static trend in politics.
This seed is meant to communicate these proposals, as long as they are creative, feasible and logical for the political leaders. Sometimes, through associations that identify with their contents and want to take part in the process.
It would be desirable that the different departments of the governments would assume this kind of blog and be in charge of it. So far, these are some of the proposals. To do so, some changes are necessary, either of structure, organization or legislation.
1.DEMOCRACY: UPDATING-PARTICIPATION
a) The creation of a participation system detaching the main electoral topics, not into political parties’ manifestos but into the same number of topics as departments exist, so that citizens can vote specific proposals without being forced to accept, on voting, aspects they do not agree with, despite these aspects are within his/her political party manifesto. In this way, politicians should act with a higher openness.(traditional ballot paper)
To open up this trend to any unforeseen situation in the manifestos, that is to say, to new situations unlikely to foresee. One idea could be to take advantage of the new technologies to check identities and to simplify the referendo (electronic ballot).
It would only be necessary to set computers in motion in public places, for example in town halls, for people who either do not have one or do not know how to use it. Logically, this vote should start with a little but growing percentage of representation for the voters to get used to it and to reveal functional weaknesses.
b) Communication:
To make public addresses, phones, faxes and web pages of government departments and to set up sections for the citizen’s voice to be heard, making the governments give a compulsory periodic attention.

2. PEACE
Nowadays the UNO is ruled by a vote system in which the five founding countries (USA, China, France, Great Britain and Russia) have the right of veto, that is to say, they can overturn a proposal if they do not think it advisable.
